"I just wanted to thank you so much for introducing us to your travel team, especially Carissa. We had the most amazing trip to Europe, it was unbelievable! Carissa arranged our air transportation to Prague, via a 2 night layover, at our request, in Paris. We have never traveled to Europe prior to this trip, and had no clue where to stay or what to do (with the exception of the obvious landmarks). Carissa recommended the cutest Boutique Hotel in our price range. The Residence Hotel Lord Byron was in the perfect location, just a 2 minute walk to the Chammps Elysees, and the Arc de Triomphe, 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, and a double decker bus tour to see Notre Dame, among many other sights. We saw so many great things in Paris, and had such a wonderful time! Next we went to Prague. (Air France cancelled our flight from Paris to Prague, and Carissa was able to take care of the problem, and book us another flight) Prague was the most beautiful city I have ever seen! Once again, our great travel agent found us the perfect hotel in the perfect location! We stayed at the Best Western Meteor Plaza. It was moderately priced, was very well kept and clean, plus they served the biggest breakfast, which was included in the room price! We were able to walk to everything from our hotel, including, Old Town Square, The Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, great restaurants, shopping and many other wonderful sights of the city. It's hard for me to tell you how great this trip was, but I want you to know, we appreciate you and your talented, knowledgeable staff. "Cindy...It was great, we had time to explore Grenoble plus I did my bike ride I wanted to do, there were hundreds of bike racers on the coarse with a finish line, I felt like I was in the Tour De France, they said no problem I was welome to join them all on the course, the weather was perfect and the scenery was incredible. Then we went to Paris and did eveything we planned, our hotel was in the perfect spot. We made it to Versaii and had the tour and saw the fountains and music. We did get some afternoon rain in Paris but we were prepared with waterproof coats and hoods. Over all we did everything we planned and more. We saw some of the best scenery I ever saw, and I would recomend the same tour we did to anyone with a spirit of adventure. We made all our train connections with no problems and our Paris subway card was great, we never paid a penny for cab fare or any kind of transportation.
