Our Story
Aviana and Tyler met in June 2015, at the Olmsted County Detention Center. They were both employees, not residents! They met in the “1801 Unit” (reverse wedding day). They began talking a short time later.
Shortly after they began dating, Aviana left the jail for a position as a Deputy Sheriff in Olmsted. She moved in with Tyler and they lived on his acreage with their dogs Kooper, Mac and Steele.
In May 2017, Tyler left Olmsted County and started working with Goodhue County. They moved to Pine Island in December 2017. On March 14th, Kooper helped Tyler propose to Aviana.
Aviana and Tyler chose Hawaii as the destination for their wedding because they both love to travel, love the warm weather, and hate the cold of Minnesota in January!
