Cruising Aboard the Norwegian Getaway
I sailed the inaugural cruise of the Norwegian Getaway in June of 2014. One of the most fun things to do was a visit to the Ice Bar Brrrrr. Everything was made of ice and we had to wear special parkas. Wish i had brought gloves along with me.
I love the beach at Phillipsburg St Maarten you can sit all day for $15 for two chairs and an umbrella.
The Water Park on board the ship is a magnet for kids and the young at heart as is the ropes course, zip line and Walking the Plank!
Singles can book a cabin for one and not be subject to the double occupancy rates.
