Where is Tahiti?
| French Polynesia more commonly known as “Tahiti” is located in the South Pacific approximately 8 hours by plane from the city of Los Angeles. It is in the same timezone as Hawaii, and the same distance south of the equator as Hawaii is north.Tahiti primarily consists of five main island groups, called archipelagos: (Dave and I will be spending our 5 days among the Society Islands. We will land in Papeete and head straight to Moorea for day 1)Society Islands |
