ITINERARY

Arrive in Portland.

Check into The Mark Spencer Hotel and explore the area of this centrally located boutique hotel.  (Rooms are available after 4pm. If arriving earlier, you may check bags with the bell desk.)

Note: Rooms have been paid in advance, but the hotel will ask for each passenger to provide a credit card for incidentals.

4:30 – 5:30pm: Welcome reception in the Atrium Lobby – Meet with Jason & Angela Kallsen and the rest of the group.  Enjoy two complimentary glasses of wine.

Dinner is on your own this evening.

6am – 10am: Breakfast is served at our hotel this morning. Included

10:30 am: Depart for the Willamette Valley.

11:30 am: Arrive at Argyle Winery for tasting and catered lunch.

12:45 pm: Lunch is served at the Argyle Winery in the Spirit House. Included

2:00 pm: Depart and drive through the hills of Dundee.

3:00 pm: Open for check in at Atticus Hotel in McMinville.

7:00 pm: Group dinner this evening at the Atticus Hotel. Included

9:00 am: Depart

10:00 am: Arrive at Domaine Drouhan Winery for tasting, “French Soul, Oregon Soil”.

11:30 am: Depart

12:00 pm: Arrive at Knudsen Winery for tasting, tour and a 3-course lunch – “A Walk in the Vines” Included

3:45 pm: Depart

4: 00 pm: Arrive at ROCO Winery for tasting.

TBA: Depart for hotel.

TBA: Return to hotel. Dinner is our your own this evening.

8:00 am: Breakfast is on your own.

10:30 am: Depart for the day’s activities.

11:00 am: Arrive at Carlton Winemakers – “The Many Faces of the Studio”

1:00 pm: Lunch will be in Carlton today at the Earth & Sea. Included

3:00 pm: Visit Eyrie Vineyards for tasting and tour.

TBA: Depart for hotel

7:00 pm: Group will walk to dinner this evening at Bistro Maison. Included

8 – 11am: Breakfast is on your own.

9:30 am: Motor coach departs for the day.

10:00 am: Arrive Bjornson Vineyard for tasting.

11:30 am: Depart

12:00 pm: Arrive at Left Coast Cellars for wine tasting and pizza making experience. Lunch included

2:30 pm: Depart for Bethel Heights Winery tasting (3pm)

5:00 pm: Return to Hotel. Dinner on your own this evening.

9:30 am: Check out of hotel and be ready to depart

10:00 am: Arrive at Adelsheim Vineyard for tasting            

12:00 pm: Depart for Portland

1:00 pm: Arrive at Helioterra Wines for tasting and lunch. Included

TBD: Depart

5:00 pm: Arrive and check in at The Mark Spencer Hotel. Say goodbye to your motor coach driver who will not be with you any longer.

8:00 pm: Walk to the Group farewell dinner at Jake’s Famous Crawfish, which is across the street from the hotel.
