Emergency Service Center.  Travel changes or emergencies after normal business hours and on Saturday and Sunday should be made through our Emergency Service Center. For domestic travel assistance the phone number is (877) 257-5122. If you are traveling internationally and not on US soil the phone number to call is (877) 780-1357. A fee will be charged each time a traveler calls the Emergency Service Center.

Airline, Hotel & Rental Car Bookings.  Our reservation technologies, contract discounts and Travel Leaders Global Worldwide Hotel Program, ensure we offer the best rates in the industry.

Profile Management.  Profiles are a very important component to your program.  If you are a new Deem user you will need to access Deem via: https://stateofminnesota.deem.com and then click “create new account”.  If you are a current Deem user, please log into your account and update your profile with any new information.
