When events began to cancel due to COVID19, we found our department handling numerous requests to cancel flights. Zoey, along with Laurie, Rena, and Michele never got impatient or frustrated with our many email requests - nothing was left undone. They assisted us in setting up a process to request ticket cancellations that was more organized. After cancellations slowed down, they sent a complete summary of tickets cancelled, ticket values, and a plan of action we can take when we are ready to begin re-booking. They performed as true partners with us.
