Emergency Service Center. Travel changes or emergencies after normal business hours and on Saturday and Sunday should be made through our Emergency Service Center. The phone number for the Emergency Service Center is (800) 787-8699. A per call/per service fee is charged each time a traveler calls the Emergency Service Center.

Airline, Hotel & Rental Car Bookings. Our reservation technologies, contract discounts and Travel Leaders Global Worldwide Hotel Program, ensure we offer the best rates in the industry.

Complete a Profile Form.  Profiles are a very important component to your program.  The Metropolitan State University travel department prefers for all travelers to first fill out a profile form ( ).  After submitting the profile form a profile will be built in the Travel Leaders system to book travel reservations.  Once you have completed the profile form, you will not have to resubmit the information each time you travel.

Travel Request Form.  It is required to fill out a travel request form once your trip has been approved.  After this form has been submitted, you will be provided options from Travel Leaders to start booking your reservation.
