Designing Business Travel for Neurodivergent Minds: From Friction to Flow
Business travel is often designed for efficiency—but not always for inclusivity. For millions of professionals who experience the world through a neurodivergent lens, travel can be overwhelming, unpredictable, and cognitively demanding. Yet neurodivergent individuals make up an estimated 10–20% of today’s workforce, clients, and travellers.
Our new white paper explores how the business travel ecosystem can evolve to better support neurodivergent travellers. Drawing on survey data and interviews with more than 70 neurodivergent business travellers worldwide, it highlights key pain points, emerging opportunities, and practical strategies to create calmer, more intuitive, and more productive travel experiences.
By combining data, empathy, and intelligent design, the travel industry has an opportunity to transform friction into flow—benefiting not only neurodivergent travellers, but everyone on the journey.
