Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on August 1, 2026 and ends on August 19, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, owners, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must complete the register to win form during the Promotion Period. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise stated. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or mechanically reproduced entries may be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

Travel Terms and Restrictions

The 3-night vacation is valid for travel only between August 15, 2026 and August 15, 2027. The package is valid for 3 nights only and no extensions are permitted.

Travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, and supplier restrictions. Winner is responsible for any costs not specifically included, including but not limited to passports, baggage fees, meals, gratuities, transfers, resort fees if applicable, incidentals, travel insurance, and any other personal expenses. Winner and guest(s), if applicable, must have valid travel documents required for travel.

Gift Card and Voucher Terms

Gift cards and vouchers are subject to the issuing company’s terms and conditions. They are not redeemable for cash unless required by law and may not be replaced if lost or stolen, except as provided by the issuer. Sponsor is not responsible for issuer changes, restrictions, or expiration terms.

Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about August 20, 2026. Winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

Release and Publicity

By entering, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, Mall of America, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or relating to participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Where permitted by law, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the giveaway and may also be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy practices and marketing communications, unless otherwise stated.
