PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • The purchase/payment of any travel services offered by Travel Leaders Market Square Travel constitutes a contractual arrangement between the Traveler (“you”) and Travel Leaders Market Square, and represents your acceptance of all terms and conditions from our agency and our vendor partners.  You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.  As the lead traveler, you accept, and confirm you have authority and consent to accept these terms and conditions for yourself and all members of your traveling party.
  • Terms & Conditions are accurate at time of printing and are subject to change prior to booking.  You are advised to check on the websites or request the latest version of the terms and conditions from your travel advisor prior to booking your vacation.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • This reservation is non-refundable & non-transferrable.  Please review your invoice for accuracy and notify our agency within 24 hours of receipt if you notice any discrepancy.
  • Strict penalties apply for any changes made to your reservation and may be as high as a 100% loss of all monies paid.
  • Cancel/Change Fees – In addition to supplier penalties, our Travel Leaders cancel/change fee is $50 per person. Extra surcharges or fees imposed by the airlines or tour operators are not the responsibility of Travel Leaders.
  • Travel Leaders professional fees are non-refundable.


DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

  • Travel Leaders is acting as an agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, and/or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by Travel Leaders (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, rail etc.). Travel Leaders, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members.
  • Travel advisors shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel advisor’s control.
  • Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and releases the advisor from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations.  For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, visit the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department website at www.travel.state.gov or by calling 202.647.5225. For medical information, contact the Centers for Disease Control at 404.332.4559 or visit the CDC’s website at www.cdc.gov . By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.
  • Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.


IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION:

  • The destinations you are traveling to may have COVID-19 travel restrictions in place.  These restrictions may require you to present proof of vaccination and/or COVID testing for entry and/or exit.  In addition there may be specific restrictions to lodging and their respective services (including, but not limited to meals, day spas, kids clubs, restaurants, sightseeing and transfer services). Please check the respective national and local health advisories for this destination before you travel.  The restrictions in place at the time of booking may be different than those in place at the time of travel.
  • All travelers must check with your respective destinations, airline carriers, accommodations and sightseeing/activities operators, regarding any mandates for utilization of service, entry and exit COVID-19 testing and/or vaccination requirements. Testing costs may be at a personal expense and will vary by destination and/or supplier.  Please ensure you are aware of all COVID-19 related requirements prior to the commencement of your travels.

  • Please note that some destinations may require you to present proof of vaccination and/or COVID testing for entry into restaurants and other establishments within the destination, even if the destination itself does not require proof upon arrival.


INSURANCE

  • To protect your investment, Travel Leaders offers travel insurance and it is available for purchase for any kind of travel.  For specific details about penalties on your reservations or purchasing insurance please contact your travel advisor.


TSA REQUIREMENTS

  • In compliance with the TSA, please verify that the name on this invoice matches your government issued photo ID exactly.
  • Any name corrections, misspellings, or omissions will incur a fee, and could result in denied boarding or purchasing a new ticket based on availability.  This Secure Flight Passenger Data program requires the passenger’s legal name, date of birth and gender.  Full SFPD must be submitted by the airlines to the TSA 72 hours in advance of flight departures for all travel.

DOMESTIC TRAVEL — Important Notice: ***Check In Requirements***

  • Government Issued Photo ID is required for all passengers 18 and over.
  • REAL ID ACT – If you are traveling on or after May 7, 2025, you must have a valid passport or an enhanced driver’s license for domestic air travel.
  • Check in – Important Notice on Airport Check-In – Check-in Domestic flights minimum 2 hours prior to flight departure.


INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL — Important Notice***Passport Requirements***Entry Requirements

  • All travelers, including infants, are required to have valid passport book for international air travel. (Passport Card is not valid for international air travel)
  • Our agency recommends that all passports be valid for at least 6 months past your last date of travel, for some countries this is a requirement. Please review TRAVEL.STATE.GOV for detailed information on entry requirements.
  • Anyone with a criminal record-including a DWI charge- should contact the Embassy or nearest Consulate General before travel or risk being denied boarding.
  • Stay healthy while traveling.  Please visit www.cdc.gov (Center for Disease Control & Prevention) prior to your trip, for recommended vaccinations or health warnings to your destination.
  • Travel/Health Insurance – Some countries now require proof of health insurance prior to arrival.  Please ask your travel advisor about adding trip insurance to your vacation, or be prepared to show proof of health insurance at customs point of entry.
  • The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service allowing U.S. citizens and nationals traveling abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

  • Children Under 18 Traveling Internationally (w/one parent or alone) must have notarized form signed by both parents, stating the right to travel outside the USA or risk being denied boarding.

  • NOT INCLUDED
    • Passport and visa fees, port embarkation fees, laundry, telephone calls, resort fees, environmental & government fees.
    • Other items and services of a personal nature, tips to airport baggage handlers.
    • In some instances, departure taxes or tourist card fees are payable at the airport.


AIRLINE LUGGAGE POLICIES ARE CONSTANTLY CHANGING

  • Many airlines now charge for checked bags and some are charging for carry on/overhead bags, pre-assigned seats and other items.  It is very important you review luggage and fee restrictions for your flight(s).

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

  • Federal law forbids the carriage of certain hazardous materials, such as aerosols, fireworks, flammable liquids, and certain cell phone brand devices, aboard the aircraft.

AIRLINE TICKET:

  • This Ticket is non-refundable and non-transferrable. Airline penalties will apply for any changes.  Ticket value will be forfeited if changes are not made prior to departure.
  • Cancel/Change Fee – In addition to airline penalties, our Travel Leaders change or cancel fee is $50 per person.  We highly recommend purchasing with credit card.


PACKAGE INFORMATION:

  • This reservation is non-refundable. Penalties from Airlines/Tour Operators will apply for any changes or cancellations.   Hotel and Car penalties may also apply.  Please review your itinerary carefully.
  • Cancel/Change Fees – In addition to supplier penalties, our Travel Leaders cancel fee is $50 per person. Extra surcharges or fees imposed by the airlines or tour operators are not the responsibility of Travel Leaders.
  • Documentation – Double check expiration dates on all documentation needed for travel.
  • Documents will arrive 7-10 days before departure.


CANADA INFORMATION:

  • Passport Required – A valid U.S. Passport is required for all travelers.  The Passport must have validity for at least 6 months beyond your return date to the U.S.A.  An Entry Visa may also be required for travel to one or more of the countries you are visiting- please check for more details.  Go to www.travel.state.gov for current up to date international travel information and any government issued travel warnings.  Double check expiration dates on all documentation needed for travel. Make copies of the information page of your passport. Keep one copy separate from your original passport while traveling, and also leave a copy with someone at home.
  • Criminal Record – Anyone with a criminal record-including a DWI charge- should contact the Canadian Embassy or nearest Consulate General before travel or risk being denied boarding.


CARIBBEAN INFORMATION:

  • Tourist Card – Online Immigration Form – To ease the immigration entry process you can now fill out your Immigration Form online prior to travel. You will need your passport, flight information, address or name of the hotel where you are staying and a printer to print the completed tourist card(s). Please note that the tourist card must be completed for every person travelling, regardless of age and how long they are staying in destination.
  • Jamaica – You must fill out your immigration and customs forms for Jamaica in advance here:  https://c5online.pica.gov.jm/apply/
  • Dominican Republic – You can fill out your immigration and customs forms for Dominican Republic in advance here:  https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/
  • Air Travel- U.S. citizens traveling by air outside of the 50 United States & its territories are required to present a valid passport upon reentering the U.S. The passport must have a validity of at least 6 months beyond your return to the U.S.
  • Sea Travel- U.S. citizens on closed-loop cruises (cruises that begin and end at the same port in the U.S.) will be able to enter or depart the country with proof of citizenship, such as a valid passport, passport card, or a government-issued photo ID and a certified birth certificate.  U.S citizens on cruises that begin in one U.S port and return to a different U.S port or any cruise that begins or ends in a foreign port will be required to present a valid passport to enter the U.S.
  • Jamaica/Barbados – Out of respect for the Military, travelers to Jamaica or Barbados are not permitted to wear camouflage clothing.
  • Bonaire – You can prepay the Visitor Entry Tax digitally in advance here: www.BonaireIsland.com or upon arrival at the airport.


MEXICO INFORMATION:

  • Tourist Card – Mexico Entry Immigration Form – as of 12/22 this form is no longer required for the airports of: Cancun, Cozumel, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Mexico City. If you are flying to/from any other airport in Mexico, you will still need to fill out the form. You can do this in person or online:   https://www.mexicotouristcard.comto complete the online form. One per person. Subject to change.
  • Currency Exchange – Due to new government legislation many resorts in Mexico will be unable to receive cash payments in US dollars. All payments are now required in Mexican pesos in order to be received in the resort. The new regulation also indicates that it won´t be possible to provide currency exchange services in USD within the resort anymore. This new regulation will not affect transactions in other currencies. ATM available in the hotel to withdraw Mexican Pesos.
  • Tipping – Most resorts will accept US Currency for tips.  We recommend traveling with a handful of single dollars to tip along the way.
  • Minor Children – Travelers under the age of 18 traveling with one parent or alone without any parents must have a Consent to Travel form signed and notarized by *both* natural parents (or notarized copy of deceased parent’s death certificate or sole custody documents) stating the right to travel outside of the United States or risk being denied boarding.  Please ask your travel advisor for this form if you do not have it. Rules and procedures change regarding what is required for the child to carry in addition to his/her valid U.S. Passport. Please check travel.state.gov website or the embassy/consulate of the country you’re visiting for the most up to date information for a minor child traveling to your destination.
  • Environmental Tax – Not Included – Several Municipalities in Mexico have enacted an Environmental Tax to help maintain beaches and ecosystems. This tax is not included in any packages and therefore may be assessed directly by the hotel upon check out. The cost of the tax is between $20.00 to $26.00 Mexican Pesos per room per night (approx. $1.30 USD). Payable in Pesos. Subject to change without notice.
  • VISITAX – Not Included – As of April 1, 2021, the state of Quintana Roo (Cancun/Riviera Maya) will be requiring all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $244 Mexican pesos (approx. $11 USD). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon DEPARTURE.  Visitors will have the option to access http://visitax.gob.mx/ where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment.  Every tourist departing the state of Quintana Roo must show their proof of payment at the airport prior to boarding. Subject to change.
  • Beginning January 15, 2023 the Government of Mexico has banned smoking in many public areas including beaches.  Some hotels have extended this ban to their hotel rooms including balconies and terraces.  Fines can be assessed.  There may be designated smoking areas for use.


COSTA RICA INFORMATION:

  • Each traveler departing Costa Rica is required to pay a departure tax (approx. $29 USD). Accepted forms of payment at the airport are cash in US Dollars (USD) or Costa Rican Colones (CRC), or a VISA credit card. (subject to change)
  • If paying departure tax by credit card an additional fee of approx. $15 USD applies. Fees are subject to change.
  • Some hotels offer a pre-paid departure tax service for approx. $2 USD. Ask your hotel concierge for assistance.
  • BE PREPARED to pay, or present proof of pre-purchased departure taxes, to the airport authorities prior to departure.
  • It is advisable to make a photocopy or take a picture of your passport with the entry stamp to carry at all times during your stay.

AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND:

  • All passport and visa requirements are subject to change. Please review TRAVEL.STATE.GOV for detailed information on entry requirements. It is extremely important that you visit this website and understand what is required for US Passport Holders to enter the country.
  • Australia ETA – You must have a valid U.S. passport and a visa or an approved Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) to enter Australia. Most U.S. passport holders traveling to Australia for tourism or business purposes for less than 90 days can obtain an ETA. The ETA is an electronic label-free visa and can be obtained at the ETA website for a small service fee. If you overstay your ETA or any other visa, even for short periods, you may be subject to exclusion, detention, and removal by the Australian Department of Home Affairs.
  • New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA):  U.S. citizens traveling to or transiting through New Zealand under the visa waiver program are required to have an NZeTA. This is also true for cruise ship passengers. It can take up to 72 hours to process an NZeTA so apply well in advance of your trip. If your NZeTA application is denied, you will need to apply for a visa. Visit the Embassy of New Zealand website for the most current visa information.

CRUISE INFORMATION:

  • Penalties from Cruise Suppliers/Airlines will apply for any changes or cancellations.  In addition to supplier penalties our Travel Leaders cancel fee is $50.00 per person.  Extra surcharges or fees imposed by the Airlines/Tour Operators/Cruise Suppliers are not the responsibility of Travel Leaders.
  • Cruise Lines reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary at any time.
  • Cruise Lines reserve the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all passengers, even if the fare is paid in full.
  • Women who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy as of their embarkation date and infants under 12 weeks old will be refused passage on the Cruise Line due to safety concerns.
  • Documents – Cruise documents will arrive approximately 14 days prior to your departure.  If airfare has been purchased through the Cruise Line, your flight itinerary will be available approximately 30 days prior to sailing.  Specific air requests can be made for an additional fee.
  • Passports – A valid U.S. Passport is required for all travelers to re-enter the U.S. from a foreign city.  Travel Leaders highly recommends all cruise passengers travel with a Passport. An Entry Visa may also be required for travel to one or more of the countries you are visiting- please check for more details.  Go to www.travel.state.govfor current up to date international travel information and any government issued travel warnings.  Double check expiration dates on all documentation needed for travel.
  • Excursions – Still wondering how to spend your days in port?  Go on a shore excursion!  Shore excursions are activities or tours led by expert local guides to maximize your time in port.  Please ask your travel agent for details.  You can plan shore excursions ranging from a trek through a tropical rainforest to an ATV trip and picnic at a Hawaiian waterfall, a private horseback ride to a hidden beach, to a helicopter tour of Alaska’s glaciers, to a private French Riviera excursion along the Mediterranean seaside.   Escape the crowds…experience new adventure… pursue your interests.  There’s something for everyone!
  • Air Travel – U.S. citizens traveling by air outside of the 50 United States & its territories are required to present a valid passport upon reentering the U.S. The passport must have a validity of at least 6 months beyond your return to the U.S.
  • Sea Travel – U.S. citizens on closed-loop cruises (cruises that begin and end at the same U.S. port) are able to enter the United States with a birth certificate and government-issued photo ID. Please be aware that you may still be required to present a passport to enter the countries your cruise ship is visiting. Check with your cruise line to ensure you have the appropriate documents.  U.S citizens on cruises that begin in one U.S port and return to a different U.S port or any cruise that begins or ends in a foreign port will be required to present a valid passport to enter the U.S.

RIVER CRUISE INFORMATION:

  • Penalties from River Cruise Suppliers/Airlines will apply for any changes or cancellations.  In addition to supplier penalties our Travel Leaders cancel fee is $50.00 per person.  Extra surcharges or fees imposed by the Airlines/Tour Operators/Cruise Suppliers are not the responsibility of Travel Leaders.
  • Women who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy as of their embarkation date and infants under 12 weeks old will be refused passage on the Cruise Line due to safety concerns.
  • River conditions are unpredictable.  It’s important to remember that water levels can create disturbances in your voyage. Cruises can be rerouted, motor coaches and hotels may be utilized.  Each river cruise company handles inconveniences caused by water levels differently, please ask us for more details on your confirmed cruise.
  • Documents – River Cruise documents will arrive approximately 14 days prior to your departure.  If airfare has been purchased through the Cruise Line, your flight itinerary will be available approximately 30 days prior to sailing.  Specific air requests can be made for an additional fee.


AMTRAK INFORMATION:

  • This Amtrak ticket is non-refundable. Penalties apply for any changes. Ticket value will be forfeited if changes are not made prior to departure date.  In addition to Amtrak penalties, our Travel Leaders change fee is $35 per person and our cancel fee is $50 per person. Please refer to details on train ticket for validity and further info.
  • All passengers 18 years and older are required to have a valid government issued Photo I.D. upon check-in.  Please check expiration date. To reconfirm your Amtrak schedule, please have your confirmation number ready.  Amtrak telephone number is 1-800-835-8725.


RAIL EUROPE INFORMATION:

  • Please read the rules of the pass inside the cover.  Do NOT write anything on the pass.


CONSOLIDATOR – AIRLINE TICKET INFORMATION:

  • This Ticket is non-refundable & non-transferrable. Airline penalties will apply for any changes. Ticket value will be forfeited if changes are not made prior to departure.
  • In addition to airline penalties, our Travel Leaders cancel/change fee is $50.00 per person.  We highly recommend purchasing with credit card.
  • No change allowed to origin/class/destination/stopover/routing.  Name changes are not allowed.
  • Tickets may not be upgraded. Airline frequent flyer miles will be earned at either 74% or 50% depending on the class of service booked.
