Your non-refundable deposit to hold your space on the tour is $500/person and would be due on or before April 3rd, 2023. Optional travel protection is available for the land tour portion of your trip and is recommended. The final payment is due May 15th, 2023. A minimum of 17 travelers is needed to guarantee the departure. Itinerary Changes & Tour Cancellation: Trafalgar reserves the right to vary itineraries should circumstances dictate, as well as cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements, or circumstances beyond its control. Hotels listed are to be used as a guide only unless specified as confirmed. Confirmed hotels are subject to change beyond our control. In this situation we will arrange an alternative property as similar as possible. The advertised tours require minimum numbers to depart. Should these not be met Trafalgar reserves the right to cancel arrangements.
