About Me

My name is Melissa Gutting.  I have been a travel agent for over 25 years, been a Mom for 19 years, been a wife for 23 years and have been enjoying life!  I have a love for travel and a love for people.  Getting to know clients has been one of the reasons I stay in this crazy business. Things that I love:  Travel, Disney, dance, swimming, going to the cabin, running (ok, let’s get real….jogging at a slow pace is more what it’s called), reading, scrapbooking, and wine.

My happy place is Disney.  I guess you could say I’m sort of a Disney freak.  Walking into the Magic Kingdom and seeing Walt holding Mickey’s hand in front of the castle makes me so calm and it feels like home.  After the last firework booms in the sky, and we say our final goodbye at the end of the night, the day is complete.  So yah…I’m one of those.

When it comes to personal travel, I will pretty much go anywhere, anytime.  I do have my favorites, but really, just getting on a plane to somewhere new is what excites me!!!  I remember the trip to New Zealand and Australia that I took just a couple years ago.  I was on the other side of the world, exploring new sights and sounds, and it was so amazing!!!  Seeing the new little baby farm animals running around, reminded me of home.  The world isn’t so big after all.

Sitting on a beach with a drink in my hand and the sun blasting down on me ranks right up there on the ‘ahhh’ level.  The hotter the better, I’m a sun goddess for sure.  I love to explore and see what the destination has to offer, but there is something about soaking up the sun and truly relaxing!!!

So many things to be excited about when planning a vacation!  I believe that good customer service will get you a lot further in life.  Please let me help you plan your perfect getaway.  Don’t forget that I have been to Disney World many times, and love helping people make their trip magical!!!  Also, I can plan your honeymoon and destination wedding. My bucket list continues to grow as I check more things off. What’s on your bucket list?  Now is the time.  The real question is……why not now?
