This remarkable 800-year-old Castle is Ireland’s only five-star hotel and was once home to the Guinness family. There is original artwork and antiques, delicious dining and special entertaining venues including a billiards room, cinema and under-ground wine cellars. The accommodations, the history, the views, it truly had it all. I will cherish all of the memories from Ashford Castle, it was definitely a highlight.
